You may have just acquired some land with or without planning permission and are thinking about building your own property. But rest assured, it's not as daunting as it sounds. We can assist you with your project right from the start by appointing an architect and surveyor, obtaining permission to build and digging the foundations through to the last lick of paint.

It's important to get the right team on board before you’ve even appointed your builder. Experienced architects know how to represent their clients in obtaining permission to build. Tailoring your build to your budget is key to any successful build project. That’s why using an experienced builder is a good way of keeping costs under control. We have access to large supplier discounts and have saved our clients thousands of pounds by suggesting cheaper but as effective materials to use in their build

If you’ve purchased your land and are looking for a builder that can help you develop your dream, we will arrange a site visit with you. There we can discuss your ideas and assess your architectual drawings and give you a realistic advice and costs. We would divide any costs into three key phases:

Phase 1: Premilary work required such as demolition of existing buildings, laying of footings.
Phase 2: Construction
Phase 3: Fit out
